FRAMED Italia was born of necessity-- a desire to capture the Old-World craftsmanship and traditions of Italian eyewear, blended with the innovative and forward-reaching styles of our rising cadre of New York City-based artists. We use the finest Mazzucchelli acetate certified for safety to the rigorous standards of the European Union, and luxurious materials. Many of our forthcoming products in this collection are then retrofitted and worked over by master jewelers and craftspeople here in New York City, adding elements like precious stones, sterling silver, and more.
